I was a stranded Sydney-sider with a broken down car on a Friday afternoon. We spent an hour calling every mechanic in Orange and Procare was the only place that would accept my car. Lovely staff with great communication, and the car has been running great ever since. The final invoice was as quoted. They also asked me to bring the car back in 2 weeks so they could do a free check-over. I declined as I am back in Sydney however thought this was fantastic service. Highly recommend.
Highly recommend this shop. I got a busted radiator on a trip to Orange and Pro-Care was recommended to me by a local. The Pro-Care team kindly agreed to look at my car on short notice. They diagnosed the problem, sourced, installed and tested the new radiator in a day to get me back on the road. All done fuss free and with very reasonable cost.
This is my first time here to repair my car. They will not cheat me and raise the price because I am a foreigner. I like it very much. Their service attitude is very good and they are very careful! I really appreciate them.
