As another post mentioned I wouldn't recommend this company. They have threatened to stop working with us until the removal of the post. Completely unethical. The attached picture was the first day we got meaningful responses in a month. All we tried pushing for was to get updated on timelines before the damage was worse and they kept blaming lack of warranty expiration but we never pushed for anything being free we just wanted it fixed. EDIT: Here is an email response they sent to us: "[The team] said that they have responded to [this review], but are requesting that you remove the review while we are working to resolve the issue. If not, I will not be able to move forward with assisting you guys with this matter as my hands will be tied." And another: "If you chose to remove the review and reasonably discuss this, there would be a much better outcome for you as I personally would love to help you guys."
