We recently had Pro Builders come in to take a look at a big addition project on our home. OC Mendrano was their representative who came over, and he did a great job. He was very thorough, explained the overall process, talked about the different permits and tests the city would require, gave us an overall timeline, introduced the firm and its employees and culture (importantly), and drew up formal 3D designs and a made a formal bid all in the span of like 3 hours.
