the only ones who would help against santa clara co. civil lawyers are for the people who will fight. all civil lawyers i have called are scared and wont fight against police. they should be strip of what they have.consider me a secret shopper

As a man going through divorce I had no where to turn as I was the parent raising my children while the wife worked. Everyone in the office was kind to me during this time. I was lost, scared, sad you name it. The lawyer who took my case was and is an incredible lawyer who I owe everything too. I kept custody of my three children and our lives were forever changed by the outstanding work of my lawyer. Some of the people there are wonderful, but the management lacks integrity. One supervising lawyer didn't even bother to introduce himself to his clients when meeting with them, until someone noticed how he was treating people and called him out on it. Mgmt pretends like they care and even call themselves "trauma informed", but it's total BS, unless that means gossiping about vulnerable clients or each other and backstabbing to get ahead. I'd go somewhere else if you expect to be treated with dignity and respect.
