Absolutely the best bike service and help in town. These guy's know what old fashioned customer service is and know how to get you outfitted for what ever your riding needs are.
I just made my first investment into this sport and the guys in that shop made me an educated buyer and gave me a great deal on a bike and bike rack. I have lifetime maintenance on my bike with a top dollar trade in value if I choose to upgrade. This will always be my bike shop and I really recommend it to be yours. This is an example of how to run a shop. The customer service is extraordinary. They even send samples of new bike snacks to you in CT! Others take note, John and staff are the BEST!
I bought a rear wheel on Craigslist for $5, the seller couldn't remember if it was 7 or 8 speed. Any way, on the way back I dropped into Pro Bike, showed the guy the wheel and he suggested buying a new rear cassette, and then I can mount the whole new wheel on the bike, easy peasy, it was only $23, and he fitted it all for me, great service, in and out in 10mins.
I appreciate the knowledge and straight forward customer service of this shop. They will assist you no matter if you have their brand or another one.
