Service and professional experience!
My wife and stopped in, on Saturday April, 20. John was by himself running the store. He somehow managed to let me test ride four different trikes, and the wife three different mountain bikes. I actually felt sorry for him, people coming in with bikes to be repaired and we were trying to buy. But bless his heart he took care of everyone in timely fashion. Just an all around great guy with tons of knowledge and patience. My hat goes off to you John, sorry to keep you late, hope you had a happy Easter.
Took my bike in for a yearly tune up. Called me an hour later and said it was done. Their service is the best.
John is like the nicest person in the world. That is who you will meet.
