This company is basically an insurance scam. They supposedly have about 10 clinics in Toronto. None of them actually exist. I also took my orthotics that I got from Pro Balance to an actual specialist and they thought it was incredibly poorly designed. It essentially exacerbated my collapsed arch, making my ankles roll inward even more. They also offered to make me a new pair of orthotics. Awesome Service!
Very smooth and fully satisfactory experience, end to end. 20 mins for the first appointment and 10 mins the second one with no travel or commute. Most efficient. The end product is also quality and comfort both. Highly recommended
