aaron was so considerate & polite! he speaks quickly but enunciates well & is happy to clarify when asked any questions, so there is little to no room for any misunderstandings. he walks customers through all the nitty gritty & even does his best to figure out insurance provider situations. he even helped spot issues with previous custom orthotics that were incorrectly prescribed/missing details. the service itself is also very efficient & convenient; the home visit allows for customer ease when booking appointments. the onl... read more

I had a great experience with buying my first pair of orthotics. The mobile service is a nice touch as each appointment is fast and convenient! I had my assessment completed at home with an efficient 3D scan and had my orthotics arrived one week later. So far, they feel comfortable and supportive! Stephan is extremely knowledgable and clearly an expert in the field. It’s great that adjustments are free in case I need any. Highly recommended service!
