I can't stress enough how amazing this service is and how superb the product is. As soon as I tried my insoles, I felt corrected and more balanced. They are super quick on delivery and are very responsive.

This company is basically an insurance scam. They supposedly have about 10 clinics in Toronto. None of them actually exist. I also took my orthotics that I got from Pro Balance to an actual specialist and they thought it was incredibly poorly designed. It essentially exacerbated my collapsed arch, making my ankles roll inward even more. They also offered to make me a new pair of orthotics.
