I just received orthotics and he said they would feel better then he would adjust them. They actually hurt my feet. I called and left a message and no response.
Can’t speak highly enough of this experience. The team was able to work with a tight turnaround, and gave mobile service right to our home to examine our needs and fit our new custom orthotics. They also offer follow ups if anything isn’t feeling quite right. Most of all, I have to commend their friendly and communicative service. Thank you!

I found Pro Balance Custom Orthotics by searching the internet to look for a good reputable company that puts their customers first and delivers a good product that their customers are satisfied with, which is what I found after reading though pages and pages of reviews from happy satisfied customers. I called to make an appointment with Stephan who was booked solid for weeks but after I told him my situation, he made time to come and meet with me and my family. I can't thank these folks enough. The care and attention they put into creating your custom orthotics is outstanding. My dis/ability makes walking challenging, so I find it difficult to travel to an office; however, these folks travel to you. The fitting/design process was smooth, and knowing that alterations can be made later, depending on your comfort level with the new orthotics, is a relief. I have a very specific injury, and the orthotics were tailered wholly to accommodate it. Thank you, thank you!
