They were so professional and quick they made the experience of getting custom orthotics, so smooth. I also got compression socks that helped with my swelling during pregnancy. I can’t recommend them enough
Start to finish a really positive experience. Everyone I interacted with was kind and super helpful in explaining the steps of the process. I've had orthotics from a different practice before for nerve pain in one of my feet. I was very shocked when I got my pair of orthotics from Pro Balance. From my past experience, I didn't think the pain could be completely eliminated and it was just something I had to live with. ProBalance showed me how wrong I was, I've been going on long walks with no pain and I couldn't be happier!
At first I was hesitant because these guys didn’t have a storefront and I was bit off-put by the apparent informality of it all. But they were able to do everything on the go with mobile devices, tablets, and a portable square payment system. Aaron was really knowledgeable and helpful and was able to answer all my questions clearly and in nice layman’s terms that never seemed condescending. Too bad I hope I never need to see them again lol because it was a very nice experience. Definitely would recommend them.
