Great group! We are on a trip in our motor home and rocking out we blew the speakers! Since we were in Billings we decided to give these guys a look and found them to be friendly, likable and very informative as to what they could install. I went into the store with a buddy who had talked me into getting a sound system and talk to the people there and they ended up throwing me a very good deal on some speakers and box and amp. And he told me that deal was only for today so I left and came back an hour later and decided I wanted that deal and the manager who offered me the deal had quit and everybody was running around like chickens with their heads cut off. They are very helpful. Had a new deck and four speakers installed and was done pretty fast. Every time I go in I get great service and always answer my questions I have. This will always my go to place for any car audio. Thank you for always giving great service.
They are rip offs. Was gonna get a whole system put in a car and payed for it up front. Had to cancel and called them 2 days before to cancel. They told me they would call to set up the refund and never did. When I called to figure out what was going on they told me they were charging me a restocking fee. I never took anything from the store. So if I wouldn't have paid for it up front I wouldn't have been charged anything but since I did and had to cancel I'm out 150 dollars.
