I’ve been bringing my vehicles here for over 12 years, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The team is honest, trustworthy, and always does an outstanding job. They take the time to explain what’s needed (and what’s not), and I’ve always felt confident that my cars are in good hands. It’s rare to find a shop that combines skill, integrity, and great customer service the way they do. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable mechanic.
WORTH THE WAIT!!! I recently purchased a new to me F-150 that sadly had an issue the first weekend I took it to Chicago for a wedding delivery. Since I am under warranty, I needed to look for a garage. Thankfully I found Pro-Automotive! Always good fast and friendly service!
Went to make an appointment to fix a transmission on my 77 oldsmobile. Was very quickly turned away because the car was a classic and apparently they don't work on old cars. Gave me a lot of excuses for why they don't work on old stuff and left disappointed. Saved all summer to fix my favorite car and they could have cared less. Went pro automotive becuase many people had recommended them. Haven't been that let down in some time. Guess I messed up I though these guys were real mechanics.
Still waiting for the car to get fixed and it's been months. Would be nice to be able to drive it again. I wouldn't recommend unless you have more than one vehicle so you're not left stranded for months without transportation.
