My wheel was shrieking like fighting cats. Sounded like bottom of the vehicle was dragging the ground. I pulled into town Sunday, on my way from FL to NM, and waited for them to open Mon to ask for help... the owner, Shane, is very booked up, but had mercy on an old lady and took a look at the wheel. He saw bearings coming out of the wheel, metal shavings, and the wheel locked up just moving it to the shop. He shook his head and said "You're not going anywhere like this". Showed up only to be greeted by a barking dog, no one around to help. I'm 6 hrs from home trying to get someone to fix my truck now I have to limp to the next town over

Coming back from Louisiana our alternator went out right when we pulled into Eden. Shane was good enough to lend me his jumper box and let me bring my car over to his shop. They fixed it in a timely manner and I had no problems getting home. I felt they treated me fairly on the price when they could have taken advantage of me being out of town. You don’t find good mechanics or people like him and his wife in this day and age. Highly recommend Pro Auto to anyone stuck in a similar situation. Colin Romero

This group of humans are wonderful. Truly wonderful. They're very busy because they're honest and good but if you can snag an appointment - get yourself there! We caught a nail in a tire and happened to be right near Pro Auto & Tire when we got the air pressure notice and found it so we pulled right in. We were in, and out, tire fixed at an incredibly reasonable price in under an hour. The tire is holding up great and my only regret is that we don't live closer because I love them more than my regular mechanic!

I was driving my nephew back home after the holidays, and while driving picked up a nail in my tire. By the time I made it to Eden I had 15lbs of pressure in my tire. In spite of the fact that the shop was closed, Shane and Takoda spotted me in the parking lot and came outside. They got me fixed up with a great used tire for a cheap price and even re-threaded a stud that was obviously messed up when I had my last rotation done. They were kind, knowledgeable, and efficient! I cannot recommend them enough!
