Hernando was absolutely amazing! I was in a really tight spot and needed a car quickly and was running into issue because I don’t have great credit. Hernando heard me and helped me out. We found a great civic and we were able to secure a decent monthly rate with a low down payment! 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

Had a bad experience here, I was trying to purchase a vehicle cash sales man was so unprofessional, not knowing what he’s Selling to interrupting while we were asking questions to take a call, my husband and I thinking it was a business call turns out he was giggling / laughing (more like a personal call) there was another young lady working there laid back just on her phone. So we just took our business elsewhere. It looked like a great car though, just the customer service wasn’t it.

Outright refuse to work with a credit union or cooperate with you at all if that's the route you want to go. After a few interactions just declined my calls when I was trying to explain what the credit union needed to proceed. It's clear the business model here is to scam people with bad credit on insanely high interest loans, and if you aren't that person they don't want you.
