There is a reason this place is 5 stars. I needed work done on my VW Atlas and Ritchie explained everything he was going to do and why/ how. He quoted me right there. The other few places took days or was thousands more. The work is phenomenal. Ritchie and his wife are so welcoming and really care about the work they put into the cars.
Took my 2021 Maxima in to have the bumper repaired after I was rear ended in the school pick up line. This is the first time that I’ve needed auto body repair so I started my search on Google and found Pro Auto Collision. I drove from Fallbrook to get an estimate and met Richie (hopefully I got his name right) and his wife. He took a look at my car and gave me an estimate. We've had a bit of bad luck with our cars. With a large family that drives a lot, we've had our fair share of accidents. None of them were deemed our fault by our insurance company.
