This review isn’t necessarily based on service…because I didn’t get any. Why? Because I had simply already bought the parts that I needed and just needed to them installed. They said that they don’t do work with customer supplied parts. Why not? It’s one less thing they need to do. So, even though they were highly recommended and have stellar reviews, I urge everyone to just check and see how much you can get the parts yourself at O’Reillys or AutoZone compared to what they would charge for the same part. I’m a 5-year customer. Lee and team take care of you. These guys are pros. I take my wife’s and my car (Mazda/Toyota) only there. You’re not just some anonymous customer. Prices are fair and low. They only provide what you need. If it’s a gray area, they’ll give you options and a recommendation. Locally owned business, too. BL, this place is solid.
Have used Pro Auto for several years and can highly recommend them. Earlier this year I brought in my 2016 Nissan NV 3500 SL (~140k miles) when it was giving cam sensor codes; owner Lee recommended trying some cleaner first before jumping to replace cat-converters, which did help some, but ended up replacing a sensor to see if it helped.
