Price for both appliances was more than quoted by a significant amount. They were both fixed and have been working properly since repair. After leaving a negative review a representative called me offering $100 to change my review. It is worth a $100 to me to let others know about how expensive my experience was.
Alex did a great job repairing our microwave quickly and efficiently. All staff were very polite and easy to work with and pricing was reasonable. We will be contacting Pro Appliance Repair again in the future!
Great service on my Samsung refrigerator. It was making an awful sound and Alex fixed it the same night…. Late at night. Quality work and super prompt service
On Wednesday evening, our washer wouldn't drain. Found this company based on great reviews. Called Thursday AM to make an appointment to have a serviceman come look at our washer. Very nice lady answering the phone said she could have a technician out that afternoon between 12pm-2pm. Their service tech, Alex, was at our house at 12:45pm, and by 1:30pm he had replaced the drain pump on our washer, tested it for leaks, and was out the door for a very reasonable price. I called and received service the same day. Alex was honest and trustworthy. I explained the issue with my fridge and got it back running within an hour. His customer service was beyond helpful and I am grateful for his assistance. If any of your appliances are not functioning properly, I'd recommend these guys all day.
