Never call this company out!! They do not know how to repair appliances. They do not notify the customer of charges before doing the work. My husband was told there was no charge for a service call and we would be notified of the cost of any repair before they did it. First time the tech looked at the fridge and freezer and didn’t communicate what he was going to do and the cost ahead of time. When he was done he said he reset the fridge by unplugging it and plugging it back in and that cost $100. He assured me that would ... read more
