Alex has worked on several appliances for my family, and I highly recommend him. Most recently, he repaired my dishwasher and garbage disposal, and a few months ago he fixed my refrigerator. Never call this company out!! They do not know how to repair appliances. They do not notify the customer of charges before doing the work. My husband was told there was no charge for a service call and we would be notified of the cost of any repair before they did it. First time the tech looked at the fridge and freezer and didn’t communicate what he was going to do and the cost ahead of time. When he was done he said he reset the fridge by unplugging it and plugging it back in and that cost $100. He assured me that would ... read more
We had a problem with our oven on a Sunday. The tech came the same day and quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. Parts came in and he was able to fix our oven ahead of schedule. Fabulous work! If we need appliance repair again I will be calling them back.
Price for both appliances was more than quoted by a significant amount. They were both fixed and have been working properly since repair. After leaving a negative review a representative called me offering $100 to change my review. It is worth a $100 to me to let others know about how expensive my experience was.
Second time to use their services. Excellent communication, great response and top notch work. Highly recommended.
