She walked me thru a new policy explaining every thing as we when along and she saved me money while doing so. She was very knowledgeable, polite and understanding...always returning my calls promptly. I also have auto insurance thru the same agency. the support staff is efficient. never an issue after 6 years. Sara mason is my fav girl ever! She tries very hard to explain my coverage. I generally understand what she goes over again & again w me. ultimately, I just trust her to find me the best coverage for the best price. when I was insurring 2 teens & me, researched everywhere! now, I call her & she tells what to do. I don't have to second guess or surf the net for a better deal. thanks, sara
