Quick and astraight to the point! Good technicians I’m totally satisfied with their service
We are second owners of our home. It is 3-1/2 years old, and we have lived in it for a year and a half now. I was suspect of the limited capabilities of the HRV/ERV unit to bring down the humidity through the winter season. Outstanding service from Luke and Jason. Extremely rapid service at my house in 30 mins from initial phone call. They quickly diagnosed the issue and completed the repair with outstanding quality and professionalism. Highly recommend PRO all!!
Asked for an estimate if should service a/c or replace. Instead they came and serviced it and said it was good. It didn’t work for the next two weeks (25 degrees avg temp outside), each time saying something else is the problem. In the end nothing got fixed and we were charged and had to get a new one ( from a different company of course) Next time give an estimate before you try to make the most money you can out of someone. Garage company. Sad to see after such good previous owners.
