I took my car into a larger San Diego shop for a simple check engine light. I was told by them that my car was doomed and needed a new engine. Fortunately I was recommended to take my car into "pro align" for a second opinion. So glad I did. Luis ruled out the need for a new engine, pointed out the flaws and sketchy practices of the other shop, and explained to me what likely was the actual problem. Luis and his mechanics are fantastic at what they do. My family and I have been going here for over 20 years and have had them work on 5 different cars. They always take the time to walk you through what’s wrong and talk about the different options for how to go about fixing the problems.
I will only take my car here. Luis is a great mechanic. He is very honest and does his job right. My car is always well taken care of. I would recommend everyone to come here for their car troubles and maintenance.
