Excellent professional,timely,and respectful service and quality. Sherm, Jose, and Pablo are honest, efficient, and very reputable. I am thankful to have contracted their services.
Recently had new hvac and water heater and all new ducts and registers replaced. Sherm was very helpful and informative in selecting systems. No B.S. told it like it was and provided everything and then some without hidden fees at the end. Installation crew were friendly and respectful and very tolerant to our pets and curious grandkids asking a million questions. As 7 yr Olds do. Would recommend them to anyone seeking this kind of work.
We recently installed a new central heating and air system, and Sherm was our salesman. He was so amazing very informative no high-pressure sales just a super impressive gentleman that knows his job extremely well. He spent plenty of his time coming out a few times to chat with us to make sure we got what we wanted and really an excellent choice. They did a fantastic job installing our new Lennox split system! The installers were very professional and friendly & went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with the new system. We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new Hvac system installed or repaired. A very honest & reliable company & I will be using them again for any of my needs in the future.
Pros: Time, attention, honesty, loyalty, and effort. Needing a complete HVAC system replacement... we based our choice from the reviews read online this site, and Next Door. Also, reviewed the Lennox Systems available and ratings. Sherm, the Pro-Air owner, understood our issues and proposed a couple solutions. His team lead by the amazing Jose and Pablo, met each obstacle, reconfigured the duct system and installed new A/C and furnace.
