Technician was polite and did a thorough job. He explained everything he was doing. He identified the problem and fixed it in an efficient manner.
Pro Air has been very easy and enjoyable to work with. The management is great and the staff is too!
I actually heard from this place through a friend and I’m glad I did. Dave was great! He finished the work as quickly as possible so I have finally have cool air again! Definitely recommend him to other homeowners in the future.

Technician didn't seem to know what he was doing. I asked for an estimate on replacing the furnace and AC, on Thursday. I still haven't heard back from them. Called another company and they fixed the AC. Simply needed refrigerant added. I will not be calling pro air again.
