Best HVAC company in the area by far (Effingham). My HVAC unit went out and I called Pro Air at 9pm. They answered and scheduled me for the next morning to come repair the system. When the technician is on the way they send you a text letting you know they are on the way, the name of the technician, and a photo of the technician which I think is a fantastic safety protocol. Pro Air Heating and Cooling did an awesome job! The installers were super professional and easy to work with. You can tell it’s a solid local, family-run business that really cares about their customers. I’ll definitely be calling them again for any HVAC work I need in the future!
