Luis and his crew came out a second time this year to do furnace tune up for us since we've been having issues with our hvac system. He did a duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning and helped us best choose between buying a new furnace or repairing. he found an issue that couldn't be solved by other companies i had out and he was not trying to push any extra sales or services just came out to do what he had to do and gave us options!
Pro Air came out to my place in Roseland after my furnace kept shutting off. Turns out it was just a dirty flame sensor, but they still treated the job like it mattered. The tech explained everything, cleaned it on the spot, and had the heat running again in minutes. Super friendly, honest, and didn’t try to upsell me anything I didn’t need.
