DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY! If I could I would give them a zero! It’s ironic their name is ‘Pro Active’ as I have been fighting them to get the threadbare stairwell carpet replaced after my agent tripped and injured her knee. 18 months later and with weekly follow ups, I am still waiting for them to replace it. They just ignore me or send an excuse or an empty promise. Our units have fallen into disrepair since Pro Active took them over, the gardens, the common areas, the whole apartment block looks unkept and it has devalued... read more

Terrible service. I have had internal home damage caused by an unaddressed common area issue for over 6 months now. They refuse to take my calls, don't reply to emails, and do not return my requests to be called back.
