without proactive escrow my deal would not have closed – Veronica was the greatest in getting the job done. The prices they offer are the lowest in town. They charge no junk fees example: e-mail loan docs $200.00 loan tie fee $150.00 etc... It is just a plain simple charge. Refi's are only $445.00 you can't beat that.
