Recently had four air conditioning units installed by Pro Ace, and I’m extremely satisfied with both the installation quality and service. They responded quickly and professionally to any issues during the process, and the results exceeded my expectations. Their commitment to resolving problems from the customer’s perspective was impressive. I would gladly choose them again for any future HVAC work.

Update: In January, Pro Ace installed a heat pump in my apartment. All involved in the 2-day installation did a great job and the pump has preformed perfectly since its installation. Recently, an issue arose with the heat pump’s condensation pump. Within a day, Pro Ace had a technician (Joven) out to assess the problem. That same day, I received a call from Roy informing me that the pump would be replaced, on warranty. This work was completed 3 days later, and my heat pump is, again, working perfectly.
