To whom it may concern, I would like to file a formal complaint against Lydia Meadows and Pro100. We lived at 2617 E. Wickersham Rd. Joplin, MO. 64801 from November 8th, 2019, to August 15th, 2025. We were exceptional tenants, paid our rent on time most times early, took great care of the property, and only complained when service requests were not handled in a timely matter if at all. If I could have gave it a negative star I would have pro 100 is a joke. I dealt with a guy named Tony was the hardest person to get ahold of did not get back with you in a timely manner called his boss Kyle same deal he was a joke you'd be better off selling your house by yourself then with pro 100. Please please go with another realtor before you guys go with this joke. Got to the closing pro 100 did not even have stuff half their stuff filled out the title work people had to do it at the closing never ever use pro 100.
