I would not recommend anyone use this agency. I was scammed out of $68.00 for application fees on a rental house this agency knew was no longer available. I sent an email request initially asking about availability. I received no response. The rental property remained listed. I left two messages for Heather Griffith, the assigned agent. Communication is terrible. I had personal expectations put on me as a tenant above what the lease had stated and they took my money without even consulting me. I guess your not allowed to clean your carpets yourself, they want it Profesionaly done. They didn't even ask, I could have already had it professionally cleaned and they would have done it anyway. I am an investor that purchases houses and was new to the area, not using pro 100 for any of my investments.
