Communication is terrible. I had personal expectations put on me as a tenant above what the lease had stated and they took my money without even consulting me. I guess your not allowed to clean your carpets yourself, they want it Profesionaly done. They didn't even ask, I could have already had it professionally cleaned and they would have done it anyway. I am an investor that purchases houses and was new to the area, not using pro 100 for any of my investments.

Susan F has been a big help! She worked with me to get into a nicer duplex and their handyman is super helpful! He brought fans when we had a water leak and left them with me for a couple days until the floor was dry. Thank you!
