I contacted Pro 1 Tyres to enquire about new tyres. The person I spoke to said he would get back to me, but I never received a follow up. I eventually called again and was told that they couldn’t source the tyres. Coincidentally, I later found the same tyres through a third-party supplier who listed Pro 1 Tyres as the recommended fitter. I purchased the tyres and had them delivered directly to Pro 1 Tyres. We're incredibly grateful that Pro One opened up after hours to get us back on the road for our 5-hour trip. Without their help, we would have been stuck in Orange for another day and missed our commitments back home. They went out of their way to assist us - after hours and at no extra cost. We can't recommend them highly enough! It really shows how much they care about their community and beyond.

Helpful and genuine guys here, id recommend them over the other places in town because they have customer service where the others are just not interested in being helpful.
