PHOEBE BUYERS BEWARE !!! If you order with them I highly suggest you call every single day to check on your order. The lady who took my order didn’t even right down any of my information she just took the payment. I had to call them for two weeks asking is my order ready and they just give the run around . RecommendedPro 1 is the only business I will use for my embroidery needs. The have always been pleasant and do beautiful work. Even when I had a "rush" job due to my mistake, they were very nice and went the extra step to get my gift done in time to ship. Pro 1 is Awesome!
I dropped off a jersey for my son for his first birthday pictures. There was a slight miscommunication between me and the girls at the front desk (who were really sweet), so when I got my order it was not quite what I was expecting, although still completely adorable. I spoke with the owner about my concerns and she was more than willing to work with me to make the Jersey exactly as I'd imagined and in an expedited manner so I could have it the following day for pictures.
