HORRIBLE. WORST SHOP IN TOWN I have never in my life had such a terrible automotive experience. They do not stand behind their service, do not honor their warranty, take short cuts in their work, charge full price and when I brought my truck back they charged me again for the work they didn't perform the first time. my drunk neighbor can do a better job Part swappers, that's what they are. They swap parts until you stop complaining, in the mean time, they charge you for both the labor and the parts. They replace parts that do not even need replacing. I filed a claim with the BBB, they do not even have the decency to respond to the BBB. The people who leave good reviews, got lucky. I would not trust them with my bicycle.
Darn good shop Good service overall. I went in to have a new ignition lock installed and my headlights adjusted on my 1990 Cherokee. All items are a bit labor intensive but they handled it professionally and in pretty good time. Pricing was reasonable.
Prices at pro-1 automotive are well and above the competition. I was made to wait only to speak with service manager who was rude and seemed to not care much about what he was doing.
RecommendedStaff is great! Always get my problem fixed quickly and appreciate them keeping me informed! Highly recommend them!
quick smog check...out the door...reasonably price
Zack greeted me at my truck that I was bringing in for a smog check. He was very professional and courteous. He answered all of my questions and was finished quickly! This is my second visit here and I encourage anyone who wants a great experience to come to this shop!
