This company is horrible. If you want a ghetto then this place will work for you. They been here for 20 years and since they took over the place has deteriorated. They blame the community but they are the ones running the place. My parents are original homeowners here and I see the difference of inferior management. They tell people it is in Maryvale so don't expect much. This HOA hangs up on the residents that call to get information. They refuse to help anyone. They allow the HOA president of The Greens to harass and stalk residents as well as filing false reports and complaints and illegally having residents cars towed. This is costing a lot of money with no response from the management company. Sue, the owner, is the woman who refuses to listen to complaints unless filed by the woman, Connie, who harasses everyone.
