Not recommended. Disappointed the whole process, we were not advised that you buy the materials from Prizm then they contract out laborer (many days past promised date). Laborer rescheduled 3 times due to Prizm not supplying correct materials (delayed again). Not exactly what I visioned for Backyard gate/fence? 3 weeks past due date (Sept) & now waiting for Ed/Prizm to respond/correct. 10/7 Update: no remedy still, Ed came out 9/29 to re measured gate, & nothing since. Prizm was great! I was put on to them from a friend and no regrets. Ed came right out did the estimate was really nice and informative. The crew Chris and Sean came out real class act! very professional and accommodating. They knocked the job out and it looks great! couldn't be happier. A big thank you to Prizm Vinyl. Fence gate needed a repair and Jennifer, in the office, and the crew that came out were friendly, efficient, and we were happy with the work they completed.
BUYER BEWARE! Absolutely the most unprofessional and disorganized company I have ever worked with. Their inability to manage a consistent timeline, delivery correct quantity or quality materials, or the most simple thing of answering phone calls and emails, makes the fact that this company is still in business a statistical anomaly. They operate like a fly-by-night con artist enterprise while preying on unaware homeowners.
Hired Prizm to install a tasteful fence around our AC Units during a backyard renovation. It looks better than we could have imagined, they worked diligently and quickly and the quality is exactly what we were hoping for. I feared this would be an eye sore and it turned out to be quite the opposite. I’d definitely recommend Prizm to anyone in the market for fencing/gates for any needs.
