I feel compelled to update my review after seeing others describe experiences similar to mine. What I’m sharing reflects my personal experience and my mother’s experience as patients at this practice. In my opinion, the clinic repeatedly demonstrated dismissive and disrespectful behavior, as well as a lack of accommodation for patients with disabilities. I have found excellence in chronic pain management through Prizm Pain. Michael Brennan, PA is the best pain management specialist I have had in my life and I have lived with chronic pain since I was a teenager and am now 55. I so appreciate the greatness of care, compassion, understanding, and positive attention I receive as a chronic pain patient from the nurses, receptionists, PAs and doctors.
