Had a great experience here with Dr Choi and hygienist Carlos. They always make me feel welcome and explain any treatment plans that may be needed. I drive an additional 25 minutes to their location instead of going to the closest one to me. Well worth the additional time. Thanks again Dr Choi and Carlos.
From start to finish, my appt went seamless thanks to Dr. Choi and his team. I appreciated Dr. Choi taking the time introduce himself prior to starting any X-rays or exams in his office and got to know me and share info about himself. His whole team was very nice and attentive. After my cleaning I was not in excruciating pain the way I usually am afterwards. I am very happy I found Prizm Dental and look forward to continuing my dental care here.
I had a fantastic first experience at Prizm Dental! The clinic is exceptionally clean, modern, and well-organized, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Choi is incredibly friendly, patient, and highly professional. He explains everything in simple terms, completely removing any anxiety about the procedures. The front desk team is also amazing, they proactively called to get me in early for a filling when a spot opened up.
