My daughter and I had a wonderful 1st experience at Prizm Dental. We both have a lot of anxiety with dentist but we were both so comfortable and at ease the entire appt. Everyone from the receptionist to the hygienist to the dentist were all so welcoming, genuinely kind and knowledgeable. They addressed any concerns we had and never made us feel shamed for having a fear or having a lapse in professional dental care. I also found it very convenient that we were able to make appt via their website.
My interview with Dr Choi was very positive. My son and husband have been going to him for a while, so I gave Dr. COI a chance to impress me, which he certainly did. He is very personable, professional and soon I'll find out about his dentistry skills. His verymodernn dental imaging and exray showed me a crown that was cracked in about four places.
