DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! From the very start there were issues with my vehicle including it not having the right size tires on it off the lot. When I went to go for a test drive they had to mess around under the hood to get it to even start. They told me I would have to go to the MVA to get my tags and it turned out they had them the whole time. I go to Prize Auto to buy car. They help me very good. I no speak good but they take time with me. car is clean and drive nice. I am happy. I tell my family come here.
yooo i just picked up my car from prize auto today n i’m hype lol. whole thing was way easier than i thought it’d be. i came in not even sure if i was gonna get approved but they worked w me and made it happen they wasn’t all pushy like some places. just real cool and helped me figure stuff out. the car is NICE too, like super clean and drives way better than what i had before big shoutout to the guy that helped me (forgot his name my bad lol) but he was mad patient even when i had a bunch of questions. felt like they actu... read more
The worst used car dealer ever! Non refundable deposits! $500 processing fee. Employees are discourteous and snippy. They don't care about the customer. And they lie! DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Please do not visit this dealership. It's a total rip off. I brought my son a vehicle from this location in order to get him back and forth to work and transmission went out.
