Promises made, promises broken that’s their business model. Prize Auto was extremely disorganized during my visit. When I called, the person on the line immediately said they couldn’t talk because they were on a test drive, promised to transfer me, and then abruptly hung up. When I tried to schedule an appointment, I was simply told to just come in. After driving over an hour and twenty minutes, I arrived only to find the car I was interested in had already been sold, and the sales representative was on lunch break. Amazing place! Shoutout to Skip, Paul, and Reggie. They all worked with my wife and I to get the best price and deal for such an amazing car! The Toyota RAV4 is amazing! They also helped with the alignment with the car since it was off a little bit, but it was fixed the next day! I would definitely recommend this place! They will talk you through with the best deal and financial plan.
