I consulted with Dr O’Brien about a parathyroid surgery. She was knowledgeable, professional and kind. I feel safe with her doing my surgery.

Dr. O’Brien was so kind and gentle with me. She did an absolutely beautiful job in reconstructing my nose after cancer surgery. I really don’t understand all the poor reviews. She has been nothing but outstanding in my treatment journey.

I am giving it a one-star review because the person (Stacy) who answers the calls and makes appointments for the patients was very impatient, irritable, rude and culturally discriminative toward me. People like Stacy should not be working in public health care facilities because they are the first one we, patients, have to deal with. I am very disappointed.

The nurses were GREAT !! Yawned when I was explaining my symptoms to her. She said she would need another referral to see me again, my PCP said no. I guess she never ordered a nasal cavity scan, I never got a call to go get one. I tryed to call and cancel my appointment, no live person, no # to reach one. So my insurance shouldn't be charged for a no show !!
