I was sent via worker’s compensation, when I reached to my scheduled timing. I was asked to fill out some paper work which is my history. Interestingly I was asked to sign off on documentation which I have never seen in my life. This is totally not fair if you are getting paid via workers comp why are asking some one to pay. when something is not applicable to someone. I wish would have told me about this before.
