Dr. Pillai is amazing—I’ve been her patient for years! She’s one of the most compassionate and understanding professionals. Her staff is fantastic too—we’re fortunate to have them here in Charlotte.

I usually see Dr. Fox but needed to be seen for a more urgent appointment. I reached out on 8/20, got a call on 8/21, and was able to get in with Dr. Pillai for the next day on 8/22. I’m so grateful for getting worked in so quickly, and felt like Dr. Pillai gave a few good recommendations and it was very appreciative. 5 stars for the providers but I’m giving 4 stars because of the office staff that day.
