I was very disappointed with my recent visit to this office. From the moment I walked in, the experience fell short of my expectations. The exam room felt uninviting — the doctor’s chair was broken, there were visible marks on the walls, and overall, the room looked neglected. It did not give the impression of a clean or welcoming medical environment. The receptionist was also a bit rude and dismissive, which set a poor tone before I even met the doctor.
