I had a visit with Dr.Priyah today at Corewell Health. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment and when I say they were prompt with seeing me on time at 1:00 I was in the room at 1:00. The staff greeted me as I checked in and was very professional in doing so. The doctor was professional and listened to my concerns as she explained to me thoroughly the difference in the type of treatment and medications that may suit my condition.
I just received a call back from a nurse practitioner about my test results and when I was asking where do I need to go to get a urine test culture she said any lab near you I asked if she could help me and she stated very rudely I don’t have time and gave the phone to another lady. She came on the phone and kept overtalking me and was also rude and extremely anxious telling me I’m yelling in which I was not I was actually crying by this time. Very rude customer service I said. The fellow doctor and the medical assistant were very kind and I felt like they actually listened to me. But Dr. P was not interested in listening and it seemed like she had decided what my problem was before she even walked into the room. I felt like she was talking down to me and not interested in helping me. The wait time was absolutely horrible. I was there for over 3 hours and I didn't even spend 5 minutes with Dr. P.
I had a truly wonderful experience with Dr. Padmanabhan and her team. From the very first phone call to her office, I was met with kindness, professionalism, and thoughtful care. Her staff are incredibly welcoming and supportive—they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Dr. Padmanabhan is an exceptional surgeon, and I couldn’t be happier with the results of my surgery. Her skill, attentiveness, and genuine concern for her patients truly set her apart. I’m so grateful to have been in such good hands!
My First Appointment with Dr. Padmanabhan was great. She listened to me, ran some test and explained some of the things that might be going on with me. Also, the office staff was great. This office renewed my hope in a failing healthcare system. I'll be back!
