Office staff efficient and friendly. Waited maybe two minutes in the waiting room before being seen. Dr. Menon is very friendly, knowledgeable, takes her time to explain everything clearly, doesn't rush through the appointment, has a good sense of humor and seems to care.

I saw Dr. Menon today for the 1st time as a new patient. She made me feel so confident with her knowledge and was extremely compassionate. I would 100% recommend her for endrocrinology care. Super sweet also. Highly recommend!!!
Dr. Menon is very kind and understanding. I had lots of concern about my thyroid nodules and she was very caring and explained a lot. She took the time to listen to me and I truly feel like her care is quality over quantity.

I have been seeing Dr. Menon for Graves' disease. She is very professional, very informative, and extremely supportive. She takes time with you and acts like you are the only patient in the office. She puts you at ease quickly. She really shows compassion for her patients. Her staff is outstanding as well!!!
