I met with Dr. John several weeks ago after a thyroid nodule was discovered during my stay at Emory for pneumonia in April. All of my healthcare since 2011 has been provided by Emory doctors and practitioners. Dr. John is now a member of my healthcare team after conducting a thyroid biopsy. I would not recommend Dr.John for anyone with thyroid concerns. She is not very helpful at all and comes across very money hungry. She has no real interest in helping you with your health concerns. She does not provide any information/service your PCP doesn’t already offer. Don’t waste your time or money going to Dr.John. Find an endocrinologist that specializes in your area of concern and actually care about the health of the patient and not the money to made of the patient.

I can’t thank Dr John enough. My husband saw her as a new patient on June 13th. We were 12 minutes late due to 3 wrecks and being backed up in valet at Emory. When we first checked in they didn’t seem to think it was a problem then another lady came back and said Dr John couldn’t see us because she was leaving early that day. Which upset my husband very much because he thought most doctors have at least a 15 minute window. I have been seeing Dr. Dayamani for 12 years and drive from Macon to Atlanta for the appointments. She is amazing and I couldn't ask for a better endocrinologist. She takes her time with you in the office, always follows up and shows genuine concern for my issues. She is always extremely responsive when I call or contact her through the portal as well. I would follow her anywhere. She is a life changer.
