The message I sent to the CEO Issac, just letting you know I tried Prive for the first time, ordered my jet 3-4 weeks in advance for a conference I’m to speak at. Kenneth your employee calls me today and says the jet is down for maintenance and can’t find a replacement. He then tells me he might have a replacement at an additional 13k more. The tail number for the plan appears to show the plane in air, how is down for maintenance? Additionally my exotic car, and mansion rental are non refundable so I’m out another 30-40k.
