I am recovering from surgery and need assistance for bed mobility. The first night, the aide arrived a half hour late, with no notice, and told me she had fainted in my building lobby. I raised this to the coordinator -- that I felt unsafe having someone who felt faint look after me. She acted like I was challenging her professionalism.
