We needed at home care and We needed care in the Falmouth, MA area. Privatus very professionally evaluated the care and provided very attentive caring staff to care for our family member. Can't say enough about the wonderful care that was provided. Thank you Privatus! ❤️
I have been thoroughly pleased w/ Privatus. I have used them twice now for my elderly mom post surgery and they have been excellent. From the organization/arrangement of the services provided to the quality of care, absolutely no complaints. Peggy, the client services consultant who I worked most with, was just top notch re: communication, availability, etc.. I won't hesitate to use them again and highly recommend.
