What a FANTASTIC team of people to work with!!! Selling a home is always stressful, doing it when I lived out of state, in a tough market makes it even more so. I relied heavily on Kimberly’s expertise, not only in listing the house, but navigating the legalities of having the house be part of a Trust. Once we went into contract, Cheryl stepped in and made sure that every item was in order for the closing. Nothing was missed, the attention to detail was phenomenal.
