Rating as a homebuilder! – Stay away!! She farms jobs out to private contractors who do a very minimal job and uses very poor quality products. I've only owned my home 3 1/2 years and I have mold due to unsealed windows, berber carpet that I can't vaccuum without fear or unraveling, toilets that leak under the tile (mold there too!) I could go on, but the fact is she will not even listen to you after your 1 year warranty is up!! RUN AWAY!!!!!!
