As new tenants to the Ascot, we found Shar very friendly, welcoming and most helpful. She answered all our questions and we were thrilled to find the exact unit we needed. As she guided us through the leasing process, we found her to be knowledgeable and patient as we set up the use of Rent Cafe. Our apartment was cleaned and issues are being addressed.We are looking forward to moving in and feel well supported as Shar has demonstrated her professionalism and kindness to us.
No one ever answers the office phone no matter what time of day! I have yet to have a call answered or returned. Very frustrating. I get it if you are busy, but answer the message left by the tenant!
