Got our patio done 3 years ago and within 2 our patio was completely faded! They said $1000 to fix it! Other companies said this should not have happened if it was done properly! We decided to pay it this year to have it fixed and they had no communication with us and then came on a date that didn’t work for us. We told them that and they got so mad they mailed back our money and said nothing to us. So immature and unprofessional and do not do good work!

Hi, Communication was given via e-mail about when we were going to be cleaning and sealing the patio. I received e-mail confirmation back stating that the dates we provided were OK. We can provide documentation if requested. After our crew arrived to start the job, our office received a text message requesting we come back another day. I can provide documentation if requested.
